Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade (no other degrees accepted).
1–2 years of relevant work experience in international trade and/or logistics (mandatory).
Previous experience in tasks such as shipment coordination, purchase order processing, shipment follow-up, and communication with freight forwarders, logistics companies, suppliers, and/or international customers.
Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Advanced Excel skills.
Residing in nearby areas: Ituzaingó, Castelar, Morón, San Justo, Ramos Mejía or surrounding areas.
Provide daily support to the Logistics Department.
Coordinate and follow up on international shipments.
Prepare, send and follow up on purchase orders.
Prepare and review export and shipping documentation.
Monitor shipment schedules, ETDs/ETAs and departures.
Coordinate the dispatch of product samples.
Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders, logistics providers, international customers and suppliers.
Follow up on pending documentation and operational matters related to ongoing contracts and shipments.
